    Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Restaurant and Bars in overseeing the daily operations. The position will have an emphasis on supervising the restaurant and bar areas. Our ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, a willingness to be a team player, and exceptional guest service skills.


    • Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures in a restaurant is required

    • Proven ability to accurately calculate P/L, handle money and implement spending changes is required

    • Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible long work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader 

    • Must have flexibility and be adaptable to all types of changes

    • Previous experience recruiting, developing and managing multiple types of personalities is required

    • Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment

    • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all types of business contacts

    • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
    • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
    • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
    • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
    • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant and hotel policies and procedures.
    • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
    • Continually strive to develop your team in all areas of managerial and professional development.
    • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
    • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurants preventative maintenance programs.
    • Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant and hotels receiving policies and procedures.
    • Oversee and ensure that food & beverage and hotel policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
    • Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
    • Be knowledgeable of food & beverage policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
    • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations.



    • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred

    • Fanaticism for mixology between each venue
