    Responsibilities

    The Revenue Management Analyst will work directly with the SVP of Revenue Management to develop, maintain and own comprehensive reporting covering topics such as but not limited to gross and net productivity, on the books Pace reporting and forecasting, Market Share reporting, and consolidation and governance over Sales Incentive Plan calculation.

     

    The Analyst must be able to:

    • Accurately generate and process all reports that are communicated to key stakeholders
    • Verification of data integrity from property reports and management of relevant sales related business intelligence databases
    • Produce group reports used for strategic planning and assist in the analysis of these reports to determine appropriate sales and catering production goals
    • Conduct market research to evaluate vertical trending to help drive sales efforts in a more efficient direction
    • Coordinate input of historical data to assure accuracy

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2-4 years of experience in an analytical environment, preferably within the hotel industry but not required
    • Proven ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
    • Advanced proficiency using pivot tables required
    • Knowledge of VBA, and SQL is a plus
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and demonstrate professional maturity
    • Strong organization, analytical, and critical-thinking skills and exhibit composure and professionalism while under pressure
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
