    Responsibilities

    • Actively welcome, greet, and check guests in
    • Ensure all requests are dealt with accurately and they receive the appropriate service, attention and follow up
    • Ensure all necessary supplies are available for the front desk, and office manage par stock and order supplies when needed
    • Data Entry and system maintenance
    • Ensure work areas are cleaned and maintained at all times
    • Oversee front desk incoming calls, take detailed messages, and be able to transfer calls when appropriate
    • Enter and locate work related information using computers
    • Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen
    • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
    • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bi-lingual is a plus
    • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
    • Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
    • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork

    Qualifications

    • Must be flexible, able to prioritize and willing to work with multiply departments on multiple projects
    • Must have a high attention to detail
    • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
    • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
    • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
    • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
