  • Overview



    • FOCUS; Ensure that the front desk is running efficiently and providing all guests with the Ideal Guest Experience.
    • Communicating with guests by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, sophistication and confidence.
    • Expedites guest check in / check out in a courteous and timely manner.
    • Guides guests to service location and ensures the "flow" of their experience.
    • Communicates all guest complaints to Spa Manager.
    • Closes out the guest experience at check out by soliciting guest feedback from the guest about their experience and providing a fond farewell.
    • Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner. The phone should not ring more than 3 rings. 
    • Always use proper greeting in accordance with the company standards.
    • Understands the POS system and knowledgeable on booking and scheduling all appointments.
    • Places calls to confirm appointments the day before.
    • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all Spa offerings.
    • Able to receive constructive criticism and take direction well.
    • Keeps work area well organized at all times and complies with all Company policies.
    • Able to perform opening and closing procedures.
    • Knowledge of products and ability to suggest retail products to the guest

    Part Time: Friday and Saturday, 10:30am -6:00pm
