The Human Resources Director is based at Shore Club. The Shore Club brings a fresh, modern vibe to the dynamic energy of South Beach, offering a luxurious playground for the jet-set at this boutique oceanside resort hotel.
Under the general guidance of the General Manager, responsible for leading short and long term strategy planning and execution management of the Human Resources function for the hotel. Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to: recruitment, wage and salary administration, benefits, training, employee/labor relations, organizational development and payroll. Work closely with General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the property and sbe goals and objectives.
