sbe Entertainment Group is seeking a Social Media Manager who is highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented to join our growing Integrated Marketing Team in Miami Beach, FL. The Social Media Manager will be a key team member working with the Integrated Marketing and Brand teams to develop and execute strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving traffic to our site and online communities for all SLS South Beach venues. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges and then execute flawlessly, and also possess a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and a love for the sbe brand. 


  • Manage all social media platforms on a daily basis; posting engaging brand, and channel appropriate, content
  • Social media strategy planning for SLS South Beach including The Bazaar, Katsuya, and Hyde Beach
  • Manage and implement monthly ad spends for fan growth + boosted posts.
  • Lead development of original and unique content for each venue across all social channels including culture, venue, and lifestyle themed photos and video
  • Create, execute, and measure social media campaigns that align with marketing initiatives
  • Create social media tracking reports including daily, weekly, and monthly insights on brand mentions, sentiment, trends, growth and campaign progress
  • Manage the daily social media content calendar and scheduling to support property initiatives and ensure that all editorial content is cross-promoted on relevant channels
  • Daily monitoring, handling customer service requests, and engagement with fans through community management in a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Participate in dialogue around trending topics, popular hashtags, and current events relevant to the SLS South Beach customer
  • Increase online presence, fan base, and engagement level on SLS South Beach brand and venue social accounts
  • Moderate online customer feedback and manage immediate responses as well as coordinating with venues as needed in a thoughtful and timely manner
  • Building and managing metrics and reporting. Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from and into an actionable social media engagement plans for continuous improvement
  • Proven understanding of how to get strong business results leveraging social media, with minimum budget
  • Provide art direction for social media content including composition, lighting, medium, subject matter, and copy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, PR, verticals, brand, and integrated marketing to coordinate social media content with the editorial, venue, and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor both social media and hospitality industry trends to become an advocate for the company in those spaces
  • Conduct outreach to social media influencers that align with sbe initiatives
  • Lead content creation and property wide photo/video shoots
  • Manage all social media platforms on site during property wide special events


  • 4+ years of previous professional marketing & social media experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Creativity and demonstrated successes in the social media space
  • A proficiency in content marketing application as well as experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing said content
  • Strong creative writing skills, eye for photography, videography (as it specifically relates to social media), and photo composition
  • Social customer service techniques with the key ability to resolve issues
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized work ethic
  • Incredibly resourceful and possess a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work and think independently while taking ownership of projects to ensure they are full implemented
  • A passion for marketing including both traditional and digital aspects
  • Ability to drive results, be agile, and thrive within a fast-pace environment
  • Strong general computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
  • Experience with social media management tools
