The Director of Restaurant & Bars will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day food and beverage operations with direct oversight of the entire guest experience with a strong focus on front of house operation. This position will work with the Executive Chef(s) to ensure a positive guest experience exceeding expectations. The successful candidate will have a strong floor presence, engaging personality and strong leadership skills. The Director is also responsible for budgeting, purchasing, hiring, training and systems/procedures within the front of house food and beverage operations related to restaurant and nightlife operations.
Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability.
