The Financial Analyst job opening is located in sbe Miami offices and is responsible for the generating and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual, analytical reports and budgets that support a growing platform of hotels, restaurants, nightlife venues.



  • Generating “Daily Operating Report” and any other needed analytics
  • Aid in the creation of the budget and forecasting tools
  • Generating weekly, monthly and annual reporting to include: labor/FTE analysis inclusive of tracking productivity through key business indicators and production reports, revenue and market trend analysis, special event pro-forma and after-the-fact analysis
  • Support for annual operating budget and Capex planning
  • Ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior management


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis
  • Proven ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and ppt.
  • Proficient computer skills including query management and reporting tools
  • Proven ability with accounting, timekeeping and purchasing systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and demonstrate professional maturity
  • Strong organization, analytical, and critical-thinking skills and exhibit composure and professionalism while under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
