The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for defining and supporting the overall quality environment. The primary role of the Quality Assurance Manager is to assist with the implementation of and ongoing management of brand at the hotel.



  • Support in developing conceptual proposals and implementation plans within the hotel.
  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specification.
  • Work directly with suppliers, to secure best programs, rebates and other funding programs. Holds vendors accountable.
  • Setting customer service standards.
  • Responsible for the ongoing analysis of programs (test and permanent) and provide recommendations for the programs to continue or cease.
  • Constantly detects and determines if product is up to all standards.
  • Serve as a liaison to identify savings / streamlining / best practice opportunities between departments.
  • Must be a true believer in the Company and its product, and share your passion with the guests.
  • Must have an ownership-driven mentality with hands on attitude.
  • Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally and with care in a timely manner.
  • Adjusts to high pressure situations and is open to change.
  • Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively and professionally.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of quality management experience in Luxury Hospitality
  • Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and extremely organized with outstanding project management skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Highly creative with strong drive and energy.
  • Team player and ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management, partners and vendors.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Constantly communicates with team members and guests.
  • Ability to regularly move and position objects and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
