Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Brand and Global Partnerships will engage new and existing strategic partners to drive business value across all sbe platforms, while managing and leading day to day brand efforts across all verticals in line with the Chief Brand Officer’s vision. The position will be responsible for partnership strategy, business development, and management of key relationships to ensure value and profitability to sbe.

 

JOB FOCUS:

 

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

  • Research, identify and segment partnership opportunities with relevant prospects
  • Manage creative agencies under Chief Brand Officer’s guidance to develop brand logos, guidelines, decks, etc. and implement them across the platform
  • Work closely with, and manage relationship with Narrative Partners to maximize revenue and implementation of partners across sbe’s Restaurant, Nightlife and Hotel brands
  • Platform of partnerships include (but not limited to): Beverage, Automotive, Fashion, Technology, etc.
  • Work closely with all operators across the platform to ensure implementation in each property – based on agreements set between sbe and partner companies
  • Work closely with Dakota Development, Disruptive Restaurant Group and sbe Nightlife to maintain brand standards across the portfolio including, but not limited to: digital and physical collateral, menus, apparel, OS&E, etc. and any other guest touch point
  • Leverage sbe’s brand experiences to increase revenue through partnership conversations
  • Brainstorm creative activation opportunities and create new assets to sell to our partners
  • Establish an understanding of partners' business objectives and align to our range of services to create and maximize partnership opportunities
  • Take ownership of all processes leading up to and finalizing partnership deals (i.e. prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract negotiation, integration and timely follow up)
  • Create partnership pitch presentations and proposals
  • Build and maintain a professional network within the industry with key decision makers
