  • Develop conceptual proposals and implementation plans for new food and beverage concepts within the company’s existing operations as well as new locations.
  • Act as trainer and support resource for restaurant operations and can be dispatched to a site for extended periods of time for training or troubleshooting.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for all restaurants and ancillary F & B operations.
  • Work directly with F & B suppliers, broadline distributors and liquor, beer and wine vendors to secure best programs, rebates and other funding programs. Holds vendors accountable for food quality and service.
  • Provide “at-a-glance” monthly restaurant and QSR performance reporting to supervisors.
  • Drive standardized field communications / memos outlining all programs (test and permanent) to ensure consistency in the information while energetically championing the initiative.
  • Responsible for the ongoing analysis of programs (test and permanent) and provide recommendations for the programs to continue or cease.
  • Collaborate with marketing department on collateral for all LTO, Specials and Dessert and Drink programs.
  • Create restaurant promotions and work directly with Marketing and/or outside PR to disseminate the brand message across social media platforms.
  • Serve as a liaison to identify savings / streamlining / best practice opportunities between departments.

  • 5-6 years of business development experience in restaurant or service industry.
  • Evaluated and developed local traffic driving promotions & programs that drive sales.
  • Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation experience establishing partnership programs.
  • Self-motivated and extremely organized with outstanding project management skills.
  • Solid analytical skills, ability to perform ROI analysis and budget management experience.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously. Calm under pressure.
  • Highly creative with strong drive and energy.
  • Brand and Culture advocate.
  • Team player and ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management, partners and vendors.
  • Can create and communicate a vision for the brand.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker. Capable of developing compelling culinary strategies.
  • Strong statistical inclination, able to synthesize data into concise business tactics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Regularly remains in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
  • Regularly moves about the location approximately 50% of the time.
  • Constantly communicates with team members and guests.
  • Regularly moves and positions objects and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Constantly detects and determines if product is up to all standards.
  • Restaurant marketing experience in multi-unit environment at local/regional level
