    • Collaborate in the development of our new compensation system including building formal salary ranges, creating new processes for salary increases and administration, determining our approach to variable pay, and helping to provide education for leaders and individual contributors
    • Assist in the research, design, implementation, communication and ongoing administration of all compensation programs including merit and promotion cycles
    • Support all ad hoc data and analytics requests and help to develop and generate regular reporting in support of our HR partners and the broader business
    • Consult with recruiting and HR generalists on basic compensation questions and salary recommendations for new hires, transfers and promotions
    • Partnering with the CHRO and Finance leads, support  the delivery of annual bonus programs, from planning through payout
    • Own master list of all program participants and metrics
    • Create, distribute and facilitate the execution of bonus letters for all participants
    • Work closely with global finance team to calculate individual payout amounts
    • Drive bonus communication including the creation of payout letters
    • Administer sales compensation plans, across multiple business segments, ensuring payments are accurate/timely and paid in accordance with plan provisions, using advance excel databases.
    • Responsible for salary recommendation process ensuring internal equity and market alignment by applying established job evaluation methodologies
    • Regularly provide analysis to assess effectiveness and quality of compensation plans and programs
    • Research best practices internally and externally and apply key findings to achieve position objectives
    • Understand and be comfortable communicating executive-level compensation and benefit plans
    • Prepare summary exhibits to illustrate outcomes from merit planning and bonus planning


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or related field preferred
    • Strong Excel skills are vital
    • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication/interpersonal skills are necessary
    • Ability to keep confidentiality when handling sensitive information 
    • Ability to multi-task is essential
    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment is essential
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience with compensation and/or financial analysis and modeling preferred
    • A minimum of 3 years of corporate experience preferred
    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
    • Must be 18 years or older
