  • Overview








    The Accounting  Clerk will be verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Recording monthly credit card expense transactions. Assisting in major bank reconciliations. Matching and verifying cash expenses. Other various accounting projects as'll be responsible for numerous tasks that call for this skill, including:.




    Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Entering data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP) Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.  Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers. Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies. Investigates questionable data. Also responsible for assisting with Income Audit, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as well as special projects as directed.




    Qualified individual will be professional, courteous and discreet and fully comprehend that they are dealing with confidential information. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, poised and trustworthy. He/she must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, be a proven team player that functions efficiently and positively in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Must have prior Accounting experience or education. Must be proficient with computers and demonstrate exceptional accuracy, speed and attention to detail. 


    Prior Hospitality experience is preferred.




    EDUCATION: High School Diploma required - Degree preferred
