The Manger is responsible for promoting and developing a positive culture in accordance with SBE’s mission, values, and vision statement. He/She assists with the policies and procedures, recruitment and hiring practices and enhances general strategies for profitability, sustainability and longevity of sbe. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist with cultivating and mentoring leadership within the venue while assisting with the P&L, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Accounts Payable and Human Resources functions. Responsible for nightly reports and cash-outs, invoices, purchase journals. He/she will also assist other venue Managers with the nightly scheduling, and with both the nightly staff and floor management.

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high end hospitality/restaurant industry is highly preferred
•Highly organized with excellent follow up skills and extreme attention to detail

•Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced, high pressure environment
•Multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities
•Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
•Exceptional communication skills and articulation
•Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
•Solid financial skills and the ability to analyze financial statements and modify operations to meet financial goals

College Degree is preferred.
