    Featuring the dynamic pairing of Master Sushi Chef Katsuya Uechi and design impresario Philippe Starck, Katsuya by Starck is truly a feast for the senses. With specialty cocktails, unique rolls and spectacular sushi and sashimi platters, Chef Uechi skillfully translates Japanese flavors to the American palate. Signature dishes include Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Miso-Marinated Black Cod.     • Greet and serve all guests warmly   
    • Prepare drinks according to proper pour policy and up sell product
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar    
    • Monitor and stock bar levels   
    • Handle all bar transactions accurately in the POS system    
    • Assist with inventories
    • Possess a full knowledge of drink recipes and pricing



     All candidates must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude.  Be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic, and able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment.

      •  Previous experience as a Bartender with High Volume experience  
      •  Maintains a "sense of urgency" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
      •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
      •  Extensive knowledge of wine & spirits
      •  Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
      •  Exceptional communication skills and articulation
      •  Open Full-Time Availability and Flexible Schedule
