Responsibilities

 Candidates must have proper knife cuts, be organized, move quickly, handle pressure well, and be well aware of good sanitation principles. GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a passion for great food is a must. 

We are looking for someone that who has  2 years' experience in a detail-oriented kitchen.

  • Current with culinary concepts, practices and procedures
  • Current experience in the hospitality industry in a kitchen 
  • Active in furthering of his/her own culinary development
  • Knowledge of cooking Japanese cuisine
  • Supports an environment of colleague growth and development
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills- in English
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, company communication technology

Qualifications

 All candidates must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude. They must also be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic, and able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment.

  •  Previous experience in a high volume fine dining restaurant
  •  Maintains a "sense of urgency" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  •  Extensive knowledge of wine & spirits
  •  Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
  •  Exceptional communication skills and articulation
  •  Open Full-Time Availability and Flexible Schedule
